1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered player account on jiliev.bet.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jiliev that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot title, crash game, or sports betting market made available via the Platform.
• "Platform" means the jiliev website at jiliev.bet, including all sub-pages, APIs, and related services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the official currency of Bangladesh (BDT), which is the primary transactional currency on jiliev.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account on jiliev, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as you hold an Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jiliev does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity. 21+
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by jiliev for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, including any voluntary self-exclusion request you have submitted to jiliev.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. jiliev reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm eligibility.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. jiliev accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

3 Account Security and Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your activity and you will bear full responsibility for all resulting consequences.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that an unauthorised party has accessed your Account, you must notify jiliev Support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. jiliev will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification; however, jiliev accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification.

jiliev employees will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from jiliev that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jiliev supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods are subject to change and the current list of available methods will always be displayed within your Account at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount will be displayed in your Account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. jiliev does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jiliev bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jiliev targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for mobile money wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during identity verification reviews, or where a withdrawal has been flagged for security checks. jiliev does not guarantee specific withdrawal timescales.

You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. jiliev reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an account that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jiliev does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jiliev may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion will be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless jiliev expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count towards the Wagering Requirement.
• jiliev reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus balances, and void associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.
• jiliev reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a player's Account.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on jiliev are supplied by certified third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game are determined by the respective provider and will be displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Once a wager has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jiliev will apply the following resolution procedure in order: (a) reinstate the game to its pre-wager state and return the staked amount to your Balance; (b) where reinstatement is not possible, apply the outcome determined by the game provider's server logs; (c) where neither option is available, void the round and return the staked amount.

jiliev does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or at the direction of the game provider. jiliev will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from the unavailability of a game.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and will be displayed within the game interface. Placing a wager that exceeds the published maximum stake is not permitted and jiliev reserves the right to void any such wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliev and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain any advantage not available to regular players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your Account.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)

jiliev operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. jiliev may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to at the time of registration, when processing a withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or when suspicious activity is detected on an Account.

Acceptable verification documents may include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence
• Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days confirming residential address
• Screenshot or statement from a registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming ownership

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, jiliev may restrict Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds. jiliev will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from delays in verification caused by a player's failure to provide requested documents promptly.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jiliev reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; and receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance held at the time of closure, including Bonus Funds and associated winnings, may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the player (for example, at jiliev's own commercial decision), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jiliev Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If you are requesting closure because gambling is negatively affecting your life, please review jiliev's Responsible Gaming page and consider requesting a self-exclusion, which takes effect immediately and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Responsible Gaming

jiliev is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. All players aged 21 and above are eligible to use the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: 21+

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. On reaching the limit, further wagering is suspended for the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up alerts displayed at configurable intervals showing your current session duration and net gaming result.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you may not log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. jiliev will not accept any new Account registration from a self-excluded player for the duration of the exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliev Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game assets (excluding content owned by third-party game providers), is the property of jiliev or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without jiliev's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any jiliev intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliev's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliev shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or data
• Any losses arising from Internet connectivity disruptions, device failures, or browser incompatibility
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or odds displayed on the Platform that are attributable to the relevant third-party game provider
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses of any nature

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jiliev's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

jiliev collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to it. We encourage you to read it carefully.

jiliev will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist jiliev in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and game providers) and where disclosure is required by law. 14 Amendments to These Terms

jiliev reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, jiliev will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting jiliev Support.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jiliev operates the Platform as a safe and reliable entertainment service using SSL encryption and certified fair-play game providers.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiliev, we encourage you to contact our Support team in the first instance. The majority of issues are resolved promptly via live chat or email at [email protected]. jiliev will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

jiliev does not make any representation or warranty that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of jiliev.bet complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction and for complying with those laws.

16 Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiliev with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No failure or delay by jiliev in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude further exercise of that right, any other right, or any remedy.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without jiliev's prior written consent. jiliev may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
